eBay and its managment
The managment of eBay seems to be the no.2 reason why eBay’s stock price has plummeted, the number one reason is the financial crisis of course. Ebay was trading at approximately P/E 7 for a short period now it’s around 10. Even if the managment is crappy, it’s still eBay in my eyes a true blue chip value company. I’ve used tradera (swedish auction site owned by eBay) personally and I’m satisfied with the design and process of the whole thing. I haven’t used ebay.com however but I don’t think it differs so much.
How bad the managment seems to be they can always adjust or be replaced. Power to the shareholders!
