My Million Dollar Goal - 6th January 2009
It feels like forever since I wrote about my personal wealth and goals. Well, here’s the thing I’ve barely achieved anything since I made the promise to achive $1 million dollar in net worth. My net worth is something around $14000 currently, only $986000 left! You can see why I’m not so eager to update my wealth status, even though it has increased sligthly since last time. Another punch on my self esteem has been dealt, still no luck finding a part time job. It’s worth mentioning that I increased my position in Russia / Turkey during december/January.

Hi Mulzar, you are a brave man for continuing your updates on your personal worth. I haven’t had the courage to do so since the market went sour, but now I’m inspired to do so. After all–you can’t fly over the ocean without knowing where you are.
One question: why do you list RBY and UXG apart from all of your other funds? Are those your top two holdings?

Call me 27bytes =), actually they are my smallest holdings. I invest in emerging markets through funds ( generally funds who follows index very closely) and they are listed in SEK, because my account is here in Sweden. I can calculate the dollar amount in every specific country I’ve invested for next time.
